My Apple ID has been suspended from the App Store
I was asked to confirm my Apple ID and my kids accidentally made me click no and now my App Store is suspended. How do I fix this?

If the Apple ID has been blocked in the App Store and iTunes Store, contacting Apple Support is the only path.
If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help.
