App Store is disabled

The App Store and iTunes is disabled. Someone please tell me I did not get hacked or anything like that. I change my password and that didn’t work I did everything updated somebody tell me how to make it work again

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", you will need to contact Apple Support using the link, as it is a problem that can only be resolved on Apple's end.

If your Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons, you will need to reset your password.
