wifi and bluetooth cant do turn on/off

Wi-Fi button is off and won’t let me turn it on. Bluetooth keeps loading wont turn on, & hotspot won’t let anyone connect and has 2 different passwords when I click on the password information?

I'm having the same problem. When I swipe downward to bring up the quick menu to turn bluetooth and wifi on and off, the wifi doesn't connect to my wifi and the bluetooth just searches and doesn't bring up my current devices to connect with. I restart the phone and it does the same thing.

Could you please answer the questions that we asked?

There is no need for you to continue to say that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are not working.

Seriously, I was hoping to get a solution in here…all I can see is problems and no solution

What is the problem? How are you attempting to turn them off? You can only turn them off by going to Settings>WiFi or Settings Bluetooth. What is happening when you try to turn them on or off? Are you getting any error messages? If so, what do they say?

If you go to Settings > Wi-Fi....

Can you turn Wi-Fi "On"? Can you turn Wi-Fi "Off"?

If you go to Settings > Bluetooth.....

Can you turn Bluetooth "On"? Can you turn Bluetooth "Off"?

Or, are you really saying that the settings for both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are "greyed out"?

What WiFi button? The one in Settings>WiFi? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
