Unable to use App Store on my MacBook

Trying to use App Store on my new MacBook. It says "You have not verified your account". Then I follow the instruction to resend the verification link and click the link in the email. The iTune Music is openned with error message says "There was a temporary problem completing your request. The iTune Store is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later". Also, there is another error message in background which says "Your request produced an error. [newNullRequest].


BTW, I am running on Ventura 13.4

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.4

Check the status of your network on Mac

Check the status of your network on Mac - Apple Support

 

You need to have a good Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.


Turn Off VPN, see -> Change VPN settings on Mac

Change VPN settings on Mac – Apple Support (UK)

 

If your Mac isn't connecting to the internet over Wi-Fi

If your Mac isn't connecting to the internet over Wi-Fi - Apple Support

 

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support

-> If you tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support.
