had latest update now I-Pad won't load. It's showing several languages of Hello, lets me put in password then goes right back to screen with all the hello's on it.

can't provide model or serial number as I can'g get to info on I-Pad. I bought it December of 2018. No problems until update now I can't get logged in at all.

As described, the iPad is currently at the initial setup screen - from which you can begin setting-up the iPad.
