Is a 2017 MacBook Pro 13” display comparable with a 2020 MacBook Pro 13”?

I have an old 2017 MacBook with a broken keyboard that I kept around and I just shut something in my 2020 and broke the display. Are the displays compatible?

This older post may be helpful. They both are good displays and unless you have them side by side, I'm guessing you will be happy with either.

You are not going to be able to SWAP the 2017 into the 2020. Seek out a good Apple Authorized Repair shop to get a repair price for the 2020 or the 2017 keyboard.
