Apps Disappeared

So I was just moving a big widget around on my iPad, which I’ve done a million times before, but then half of my apps went missing after the fact. I even checked in the App Library, and searched them up and they still aren’t there. But when I go to the App Store to download them, because I thought they somehow deleted, it says open as if I have the app downloaded! Has this happened to anyone else?!?! Idk what to do especially bc half of those apps are specific to my school and I don’t even recall what they’re named to look them up.
