I am trying to restore the Apple Maps icon to my iPhone screen but I do not get a redownload button when I call it up on the App Store.

What does it say when you go the App Store? If it says open, then it is still on your phone. Swipe to the App Library and see if it is there. Then move it the screen where you want it.

I followed the instructions above to restore Apple Maps to my iPhone but do not get a redownload button on my screen.
