Family sharing parental control reset

Is there a way to stop parental controls from resetting? This has happened three times 2 I caught 1 resulted in unauthorized purchases by a 12 year old.


2nd question how do you stop a recurring subscription? The subscription doesn’t show on my phone or my child’s. Apple call center could not help.
