I’m trying to update my phone to iOS 16.6 but it says it’s paused

Is your iPhone charged up or at least on its charger?
Do you have a strong Wifi signal?
Do you use a VPN on your iPhone? If you do at a minimum, turn it off or better yet, remove it completely as it's not necessary.
