Apple is asking me to update my payment info in order for me to download apps, after updating it still won’t allow me to download its continues to do the same thing over and over again. I can’t add another form of payment cause I don’t have one.

I can’t add another form of payment cause I don’t have one and if I try to un add and re add my card it won’t allow me to because I have active subscriptions.. when I cancel all subscriptions it says I still have active ones.
