Lightbulb refusing to connect

I have 4 Nanoleaf lightbulbs. 3 are working, one refuses to connect to the Home app. I have tried everything I found think and find, I even tried connect it using my iPad but it also is stubborn! Can someone please help me find a way to connect it? Thanks in advance!
