After the update, my monitor (LG 32UN880-B) and the attached hard drive and ethernet adapter stopped working on my 15-inch MacBook Air.
The MacBook will not even charge when the monitor is connected. A connected iPhone works fine on both interfaces.

Nope. I had the issue previously with MacOS 13.0(?). Was fixed with 13.1.

For me it has been unsolved. This worked on 13.5.1. It stopped working on 13.5.2.
Same with the LG 27UP850-W and a 13'' M1 MacBook Pro
Is the monitor being detected in System Settings->Displays?
The Problem has been solved with macOS 13.5.2
Resetting the display to factory settings solved the issue.
After the update to 13.6 it stoped working again. But after the factory reset on the display, it's back in action. Great Thanks.
