My top finder bar is way too small and my dock is too big after updating to Monterey 12.6.8

Menu bar size is way too small even when I choose large in display. I have normal vision. What else is there to do to adjust menu bar?

I stated in my question that I chose "large" in display under accessibility and that it is still too small.

You can resize the toolbar by clicking on the More Toolbar Items button at the right end of the toolbar. If you don't see it, it means the window is too small to show all of the toolbar items. Enlarge the window or click the button to see the rest of the items You can also customize the Finder toolbar by choosing View > Customize Toolbar in the menu bar.

To change the size of your Mac's menu bar, you can go to System Preferences > Accessibility > Display > Menu bar size and choose "Large" if you want to increase the size.

To change the Dock size, you can go to System Preferences > Dock & Menu Bar > Size and choose a size that suits you.

I have the same problem I bought a 32-inch BenQ monitor and in 4K everything is too small and I don't know how to increase the size of the letters and the menu bar without seeing myself in the obligation to lower the resolution of the monitor, the mouse also got very slow I had to use an app to increase its speed, but I have not been able to increase the text to the system

Despite the rumor that about 16 OSes ago that we might see scalable fonts for the OS, the only current resolution is 2 or more Monutors with the Controlling.Main Monitor being low rez.
