i deleted my documents in iCloud and it deleted it everywhere- help!

How do I restore my documents and desktop to my computer? I accidentally deleted it from iCloud and it deleted it everywhere.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.14

Use any internet browser, log into www.icloud.com and click on your user icon at the top left corner of the window, then click on "Data Recovery" near the top of the next window.
