How can a force my iPhone to update? I try to update the new iOS with sufficient space and perfect wifi and still doesn’t let me to update with a massage that tells me that there is por internet connection

If you’re using Wi-Fi, it should not use VPN, a Hotspot or anti-virus protection.
If your iPhone or iPad won't update - Apple Support
