GPS not working off Wi-Fi

iPhone 14 pro max


Ever since the last update, any apps with GPS will not work unless I am connected to wifi.


I have turned on location services, shut down each app, redownloaded apps, restarted phone, AND DID A HARD RESET LOSING SOME STUFF TO FIX THIS.


Is anyone else having this problem? What should I try next? Apple is recommending now I go get a new phone but this will be my 3rd phone of the same exact model to try to fix this!
