iPhone 14 Pro 2 month old fully upto date IOS and it will randomly vibrate sometimes single and some double but no notifications it even does it when all my apps are closed, starting to drive me mad help needed please?

I have had my IPhone 11pro max for over 2 years. Just yesterday it started randomly vibrating like I have a phone call but no calls or notifications popping up. It is like one vibration to vibrations and three vibrations and then it stops for a while and then it starts again I have tried everything in the book for the settings. Turning on and off everything nothings working. I’m not sure why it’s vibrating.
If you have Pokémon Go installed, turn off notifications and background app refresh for the game. There are reports of issues with a recent version of the game.
