iPhone unavailable

My phone had find my iPhone off and is now on iPhone unavailable mode, it does not have the erase option, I have access to my iCloud account but it says it’s offline when it on and it has an active network , I cannot use the play sound , put it in lost mode or remotely erase it . How do I reset it to use again?

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPhone requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.
