folders from iCloud to desktop MacBook Pro ventura

I bought a new MacBook Pro 13.3' (Mac OS ventura 13.4 ). Prior to migrating to this new MacBook, all my desktop folders were stored in iCloud. I'm eager to retrieve all those folders on my new MacBook Pro's desktop. How to do that?

Turn on iCloud Drive and the Desktop and Documents option on the new Mac (in Apple menu > System Settings > [username] > iCloud (with the Mac signed into the same Apple ID as your previous one), and they should automatically sync with it.
