Re: "Airpods Max: the sound is not playing. it is playing only in speaker of macbook pro or mini."

Set up AirPods Max with your Mac and other Bluetooth devices - Apple Support

Eg: says:

"If sound still plays from your Mac speakers:

click either the Bluetooth menu or the volume control in the menu bar

and make sure that your AirPods Max are selected as the output device".

Not sure why it disconnects immediately."

Which MacOS is installed: Eg: The latest AirPods Max article from Apple Support:

Says

"AirPods Max connect with Mac with macOS 11.1 or later"

You might want to check that you are only connecting AirPods to one device at a time. (Eg may not be switching between multiple devices.)
