When I try to sign into my messages it won’t let me click the button to sign in. This also happened out of the blue it just randomly asked me to sign in. All of my settings are up to date so I don’t know what’s wrong.

You might want to try restarting your iPad (deletes temporary files, and often restores order) and see if that helps:
