Create Rules to Filter these Out:

Granted you have the services available to stop this, create rules on how to filer these out. It is based off of keywords and is circumstantial ("if" "and" or "unless"). As an example, you go here for gmail: Create rules to filter your emails - gmail Help - Google

The only way to do that is to use server-side junk mail filtering, so that those messages are not even sent to your Mac. Not all email services offer that capability.
