Exporting clips separately in single timeline

Hello dear community members,

I'm a beginner FCP(10.6.2) user -beginner editor also-

I'm trying to cut feature films(a .mov/.mp4 file) scene by scene, then shot by shot. Then I'm exporting them one by one. This process is extremely time consuming.

I'm wondering, is there a method or workflow for completing this task in less amount of time. For example, cutting or marking starting and ending points of scenes/shots in timeline when I'm working with one clip(feature film) and then to export them as individual video files.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.6

Do an internet search for Command Post. It's an FCP plugin that has many features including batch export from the project timeline.
