iTunes and Apple ID or iCloud ID are different

iTunes and Apple ID or iCloud ID are different. Up till newest iPhone update I was signed into my iCloud as my primary email as it should be. But my iTunes has always been an older email I used when I first signed into itunes before iCloud or iPhones ect. Never had a problem til now. All my subscriptions were on my iTunes account with other email but now it will only sign in with my iCloud email for both not separately like it has been since I got the first iPhone.

If that's not what's happening, reply with the answers to these questions.

  • Where are you attempting to sign in to iTunes?
  • Do you see an error message or alert? If so, what does it say?
  • Are you able to sign in to your Apple ID on the web? Here's how: Sign in with your Apple ID
iCloud.com - Use iCloud from anywhere by signing in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.
Apple Account - Manage your Apple ID by signing in to appleid.apple.com with your Apple ID.
