Perfectly normal. In fact, you are ahead of the curve.

Batteries degrade over time with usage due to chemical aging, that's just how they work.

You can expect about a 1% drop per month with average use on an iPhone.

This is an approximation, that is why it may be plus or minus a few percent on a month to month basis.

Apple recommends replacing it when it reaches 80%. To check your battery health, go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health.

About Battery Health Percentage:

All is Fine: There is nothing common about time and percentage. It all varies. Battery Health decreases as it does. Unfortunately, there is no way to know why, nor when the percentage decreased. For me, it's taken 3 years to get to 95%. Apple recommends that you get a new battery, when the Battery Health reaches 80% or lower.
