after 5-10 seconds of playing a video, I keep getting an error message- video not available. Check internet connection. The internet is fine. I have reset the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing helps. (Other streaming services work fine). The app is installed on our firetv device plugged into our tv. What else can I try?
