Can i delete photos from the import file without deleting the same photos in other folders?

No. Imports is an automatically created "album" that lists all the pictures imported to your Library in the order they were imported.


Keep in mind that albums don't contain pictures. They list pictures. When you put a picture into an album, its name is added to a list of pictures to display when the album is clicked. So two albums can both have the same picture name in their lists, and that picture will show up when you click either album, but there's only one picture-- it's just on multiple lists. And when you remove a picture from an album, its name remains in the lists of other albums, and the file still remains in your Library. 


But Imports, like the Library view and the Recents view, are automatically generated "albums" that are really just special ways to view all your pictures. If it's not there, it's gone from everywhere.


(Import is a little different, because some pictures don't come into the library through the import process, and they don't appear there. )
