This is primarily a user-to-user support forum; other Apple users like you. If you can't downgrade an iCloud subscription, see the following from Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support

If you can't tap Done, make sure that you're signed in with the same Apple ID that you use for your iCloud+ plan. You can also try following these steps on a different device. If you still need help, contact Apple Support.

If you downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan, the change takes effect after your current subscription billing period ends.1

Hello

If you're having trouble canceling your iCloud subscription, here are steps you can take to resolve the issue:

  1. Check Payment Method: Ensure that the payment method associated with your Apple ID is valid and up to date. If there's an issue with your payment method, it might prevent you from canceling the subscription.
  2. Use the Right Device: Make sure you are attempting to cancel the subscription from the device (iPhone, iPad, Mac) where you initially set it up. iCloud subscriptions can sometimes only be managed from the device where they were created.
  3. Update iOS/macOS: Ensure that your device is running the latest version of iOS or macOS. Sometimes, issues related to subscription management can be resolved by updating your operating system.
  4. Try a Different Device: If possible, try canceling the subscription from a different device. It might work on another device even if it's not working on your current one.
  5. Use iCloud Settings: To cancel your iCloud subscription, go to "Settings" (on iOS) or "System Preferences" (on macOS), then tap on your name, followed by "Subscriptions" (iOS) or "Apple ID" > "Media & Purchases" > "Manage Subscriptions" (macOS). From there, you should be able to select your iCloud subscription and cancel it.
  6. Contact Apple Support: If none of the above steps work, you may need to reach out to Apple Support for assistance. They can help you troubleshoot the issue and cancel the subscription if necessary.
