I've tried EVERYTHING suggested. I cannot get the app that has the bed icon on my watch or phone. It doesn't come up in the Apple app store. I'm trying to use the respiration feature on the app Auto Sleep (which I use on my watch)and to do so I must allow the watch to Track Sleep with Apple Watch. Without the little "bed" sleep app it is impossible. Where is it? Help please> I have Watch series 4 and all updates everywhere installed!
I found out how to find the sleep app, but it must be used in the app section of the watch. Go to the app section on the watch and type sleep app Apple. You will now be taken to that little bit icon, which is about two or three scrolls down. Voila.
It really should be in app store, but if really not there , unpair it and set it up again as new, do not select the backup.
Will I lose all data on the watch or is it really stored on the phone and will return once I unpair and restore it?? Thanks for your help
