itunes sign in pop up doesn't go away

my itunes sign keeps popping up and even when i change the password and sign in nothing happens and it keeps popping up

ITunes was split into separate Applications in macOS 10.15 Catalina

There is no iTunes in any version of macOS since then to present Venture macOS 13

that is unless the computer is still running macOS 10. 14 Mojave
