My Apple Watch 6 is locked

Apple Watch 6 is looked, I got it from eBay what should I do In order to remove iCloud of the previous owner

iPhone 11, iOS 16

thats an ebay issue and your payment provider, see their support. its illegal to sell locked devices on ebay, so getting your money back should not be a problem, ebay, paypal or your CC do provide moneyback claims.

You would need to contact the owner since there is no other way in removing the iCloud lock.
