Two factor authentication “too many codes sent”

I was having storage issues in my iPhone XS and I bought iCloud+ and then I logged out from my only trusted device I was logged into and then deleted all my pictures and videos from my phone storage but when I tried to sign back in using the same phone I didn’t get verification code as I turned two factor verification on but I did a mistake that I turned off “find my” before signing out and now my only trusted device is removed and I’m unable to receive any code but every time I Try to log in it says “too many wrong verification codes entered, enter the last code you received or try again later” I am unable to receive any code how do I enter the last received code plus I’ve waited for 8 hours and tried again but it says same.

l have tried resetting my whole iPhone and login freshly again but it still says same. What do I do?

will I ever be able to log in again? Or how long should I wait to try again? If I put my sim in android and try signing into this device will I receive the verification code? How do I fix this?

As you only had one trusted device, you hopefully have other “Trusted Numbers” configured on your AppleID.

(These are designed allow you to easily replace your single device if it were ever damaged, lost, or stolen)

Regardless, all of your options to receive your Verification Code are outlined here:
