Wallpaper blur on iPhone lock screen

My wallpaper has a blur at the top of it on my lock screen how do i get rid of that?

Open Settings App.

Tap Wallpaper and then tap the wallpaper on the right you use for your home screens

Tap Customize

On the bottom right hand corner tap Blur to turn it off
