Sync playlist from iPhone to iMac now requires a subscription?

So my music app on the iMac doesn't have the playlists that are on my iPhone. Doing some browsing around I discover that I now need to pay Apple $$$ in order to sync the phone TO the Mac.

Please tell me I've overlooked something stupid that will allow me to send a playlist from my phone to my Mac.
