I am wanting to order pizza over the phone, but they ask for my card details

You'll need to look at your physical card. If you mean your Apple Card (credit card):
Open wallet
Select Apple Card
Tap the card number icon (the 1 2 3)
After you authenticate you'll see your virtual card number
This doesn't seem to work in the UK. It only shows you the last 4 digits of the number.
Is there any way to find out this number ?
