I dropped my phone and now it says unable to determine if it's a genuine apple part or not

So today I dropped my 11 pro on the ground it was in a case so there were no physical damage and it was working normally but after 1or2 minutes it turned off .at that time the charge was 36% but when it turned on it was at 1% and a notification pop up saying unable to determine if it's a genuine apple part or not but I bought the phone brand new.

So my question is what might be the problem ?

Is it a loose connection or a damaged battery or did I get scammed?

Please help me ?
