iPhone 15Pro overheating badly during phone calls with decrease in battery. WiFi on, WiFi calling on. 15 min call resulted in very hot area in top half of device.

Having the same issue. Hoping an iOS update will fix it soon. If not, will return it back. This is ridiculous.
