Mine is still not turning on and I had them try to “repair it” but it didn’t fix anything—their solution is to give me a new phone and hope it doesn’t have the same issue…what a joke

Just updated iPhone 12 Pro Max to iOS 17.1.1 and the torch doesn’t work. Tried to use Siri to turn it on by saying ‘lumos’ Siri responded with the torch needs to cool down, that was 45 minutes ago. Still no flashlight available.

I am having the same issue on my IPhone 12. The only way the back camera on mine works is if zoomed out to .05 if anything closer it’s just a black screen. The flashlight doesn’t work at all
