When I recently purchased an iphone from apple, it said I would get 3 months of apple tv for free, but it only gave me 7 days when I joined. What happened to my 3 month trial? How do I ensure I get my 3 month trial?
To redeem the offer, open the Apple TV app on your new qualifying Apple device (i.e. iPhone), within the first 90 days, then find the “Enjoy 3 Months Free” redeem button, and click there.

3 month free trial is only available for people who have never subscribed to Apple TV+ before or have never taken advantage of a previous free trial.
If the above doesn't apply to you, you will need to contact Apple Support.
yes, thank you. neither my wife or i ever signed up for apple tv before. ive seen lots of references to contacting apple through their service page, but now way to actually ever contact them, that page is nothing but links that just redirects to canned FAQ answers…
