Should I be concerned about my iPhone 15 Pro Max having potential issues?

I’m reading a lot online about the new iPhone 15 Pro Max having overheating issues and other issues stating a possible recall. Me personally, I don’t think I’ve experienced anything unusual with mine yet, but I’ve only had it a week. I don’t have AppleCare plus so I’m wondering if I need to get it or can I trust that any software issues will be addressed before my warranty expires. I’m not really technically inclined so I don’t wanna be stuck with a phone that has issues. I don’t know how any of this works and I’m still just learning how this new phone works.

Even with Bluetooth off and hotspot disabled, my phone will randomly allow people to connect to me. The 15 is complete junk. If they don’t recall it soon, I will be trying Android next. I never would have thought…
