in Settings -> Apple ID suggestions ->
To use iCloud on this Mac you must accept the new terms and conditions.
Clicking on Terms and conditions button displays a white panel with a spinning icon in the middle and hangs settings.
Cannot reboot without force (holding power) or killing "MacOS/System Settings"

Click your icon / Apple ID in settings ,
On right panel scroll down right to the bottom and click sign out.
you will have to make some choices about removing icloud items or storing them locally.
Then sign in again.

Can't click user ID. It is overlaid with blank white panel
The Sign Out option is greyed out…any other suggestions?
Hi go to the apple icon and choose force to quit then quit systems settings then you can get rid momentarily the blank spinning window.
Sonoma new terms and conditions fails to load
