Beats Studio pro 2023 static noice in left ear (with anc)

I’m having the same issue in the left ear. Cannot get it to stop. Have done all of the troubleshooting recommended. Did you ever figure this out?

Got my beats as a christmas gift and I just started encountering the same issue, kinda sad to see there is no solution to this problem at all. The static noise only seems to go away when noise cancelling and transparency are both off

This is crazy. I also got these at Christmas and have worn them exclusively while working at my desk and could not have/did not damage them in anyway. After 3 days of use and one charge the noise started. It sounds like there is a raging snowstorm in my left ear. I've rest them many times and am going to issue a return.

I took my headphones to the Apple Store for service because I’m having the same issue. My headphones are still under warranty, so they were shipped off to the factory at no cost to me.

I was told that if there is an issue they will just replace the headphones.

It will take about a week.

Same issue but on the right side. I almost can’t believe these made it to market like this.

I started having the same problem today so I came to this thread to find a solution. Seeing that none exists, I just smacked the side that was fuzzing and it stopped. 😂 I don’t know how long that’ll last but for now I’ve found peace.

"Reset Beats Studio Pro, Studio, or Studio Wireless

1. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
2. 
3. Release the power button.
4. All of the Fuel Gauge LEDs blink white, then one LED blinks red. This sequence happens three times. When the lights stop flashing, your headphones are reset.

Your Studios will automatically power on after a successful reset."

Having the same issue but stops when noise cancellation feature is turned off....But that was why i bought this headphone.....THE NOISE CANCELLATION FEATURE!!!!

I sent my pair in to apple, I owned them for a month and they were a gift so I didn't have a receipt. They said if there wasn't any water or physical damage and it was a manufacture defect they would be able to replace. I wore them around my house and they have had a very gentle life. I will let you all know what happens.

I am having a similar issue. It started in the left speaker, now it is happening in the left speaker. Resetting does not solve the issue.

That just means one of the features of this product is damaged. Most of us know it happens only when is in noise cancelling, that means is damage. We paid for noise cancelling headphones, why would we be ok with not being able to use the noise cancelling?

Same here! Got them as a Christmas gift. Worked fine the first few days, but now anytime noise cancelling or transparency is on, get a static noise in the left ear. It’s not from interference either. Took them into the woods on our land a long way from the house without any other devices and still getting it. There is something wrong with them. I’m hoping a firmware update can fix them, because I like them outside of this annoying issue. I’ve seen too many people posting online about it for it to be some random issue.

Got my beats for Christmas after like a week or two this started happening I thought it was from me using them while playing basketball and getting wet turns out it’s noise canceling does not happen when off though
