False character set in Safari since Sonoma Update

Safari shows Thai characters in Facebook, Booking and other pages since the Sonoma Update. This only since the update and only on Safari but not in my other browsers. Any idea? I have the same problem on all machines. Studio, M1 MacBook Pro and M1 mini.

Mac Studio, macOS 14.0

There is no connection with "Thai" there. Those are all Latin characters, it looks like a conflicting font of some sort.

Again: Have you tried Restore Standard Fonts in the Font Book app?
