My passwords are locked. How do I unlock them?

My iPhone is an Apple SE.(An O A P. like me.)

Can anyone suggest how I can unlock my passwords please.

Your phone must be logged in to your Apple ID to access Passwords. You will also need to enter your unlock code or use Touch ID to open Passwords.
