How do I factory reset my Apple Watch?

I used to use my exhusband's email/Apple ID to login to all my devices. We are divorcing so I need to have my apple id in all my devices. I was able to update the apple id in all my devices except in my Apple watch. How do I update apple watch apple id from my ex husband's to mine?
