Making Phone Calls

When I’m on call and my iPhone Xr is on loudspeaker,the receiver can’t hear me but I can hear his/her voice clearly. How can I sort this please?

I did all of things but still I can’t hear phone call’s unless it on speaker mode. Please solve this problem. I have XR I can’t hear phone call unless it on speaker mode, I wash the receiver and speaker with brush, I did all phone settings done but it still doesn’t work
