Getting Messages to Send:

A. Reenable Cellular in Settings:

Go into Settings and enable Cellular. If already enabled, then disable it and the enable it one more.

B. Cancel Unresponsive Messages in your Thread:

1. Hold Down: on the message
2. Select: More
3. Tap: the Trash Bin (bottom-left corner)
4. Select: Delete Message

C. Whom to Contact:

Contact your Carrier, as they are the one who provide you with the service of Messaging.
