Facebook login problem

I tried to login to my Facebook account but keep getting messages about forgotten password and can’t use a feature popping up every few seconds.

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

Apple has nothing to do with Facebook.

Try the steps here, and contact Meta support if that fails:
