"Internal drive on Mac mini: I lost power during g a storm and now one of the drives on my Mac mini is not visible. I've gone to Apple, System Preferences, and Startup Disk and it does not show up. What can I do to recover it. I also did startup with Command, P, and R, but the drive doesn't appear."

Mount the Drive while Booted in Recovery Mode:
Probably because you have yet to mount the drive. To mount the drive, boot up in Recovery Mode and then select Disk Utility. From there, mount the drive. If it is already mounted, then unmount it and then mount it. Also, click the First Aid button for each volume of the drive.
